Chris Egert is an award winning Sound Designer and Audio Engineer with a passion for mixing and mastering music.

In the nearly 15 years Chris has been in the industry, he has lived and worked all over the country.

Chris started a career in post-production and music in New York City in 2007, and eventually transitioned into sound design and music for games, working in Los Angeles from 2011-2021, where he has mostly contributed to the Call of Duty franchise, winning an MPSE award and numerous others for 2019’s “Modern Warfare” and “Warzone”.

Chris now resides in Roswell, GA where he mixes and masters music from his home studio, Heretic Sound.

“Getting to work with amazingly talented artists and musicians is such a blessing… it keeps me connected to the thing I am most passionate about in life: MUSIC! I love mixing and producing the most because it allows me to be creative and lend my voice. I am extremely versatile and enjoy diving into any genre (though I do tend to do a lot of work in the rock, metal, and electronic genres). Working with other musicians who are just as passionate as I am and helping them take their hard work to the next level is what fulfills me in my career.
